How do I sign up to be a volunteer if I've never volunteered before (or it's been a few years since I last volunteered)?

How do I sign up to be a volunteer if I volunteered last year?

Complete the online registration.

Where do volunteers park?

Volunteers assigned to Pebble Beach will park in the lot on Portola Road in Pebble Beach; Monday - Sunday

Del Monte GC volunteers will park at the Monterey County Fairgrounds and ride the free shuttle to and from the course; Thursday - Saturday

Do I need a uniform?

Uniforms are required and consist of a shirt, wind shirt and hat or visor. You will order your uniform when you complete the online registration.

How do I know if the weather is going to impact my shift?

In the event of inclement weather before your shift time, you can call 831-649-1533 to check updated information and report times

What is the tournament's Alcohol Policy as it relates to volunteers?

The consumption of alcoholic beverages before or during volunteer shifts is not permitted.

Can I ask my favorite player for an autograph?

Volunteers should not ask contestants for their autographs at any time while in uniform.

Why should I volunteer?

All proceeds from the Nature Valley First Tee Open benefit charity. Volunteering for this event is a great way to give back…and if that's not enough – check out the volunteer amenities:

  • Volunteer Party - Strolling dinner and raffle prizes
  • One volunteer badge, which allows entry to the tournament Wednesday through Sunday
  • Complimentary coffee, donuts and lunch for working volunteers. At one's own expense you may opt to bring your own lunch, eat at one of the many on-course concessions or eat before arriving for your shift.
  • Four complimentary weekly tournament passes
