A Unique Event

The Walmart First Tee Open at Pebble Beach, a unique event on the Champions Tour, was launched in 2004. It is held on two of the Monterey Peninsula’s most beautiful and world-renowned golf courses, Pebble Beach Golf Links and Del Monte Golf Course.

This tournament serves as an international showcase for The First Tee, an initiative to impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.

Professional Gil Morgan, won the 2007 Walmart First Tee Open at Pebble Beach and will be back to defend the week of August 27-August 31, 2008.
